Clean Bowels

An Asthmatic patient should always see to it that he has a clean bowel. Every morning he should have a glass of warm water and do Pranayams. One has to go for a walk for atleast half an hour to one hour so that the lungs are strengthened. One should have one's lunch before 12 noon. Then he should not sleep immediately after food. He should avoid very spicy and oily foods. He should also have snacks in the evening and compulsarily have a walk or do some exercise. Lastly he should eat his dinner 2 to 3 hours before going to sleep. If these things are strictly followed, asthma can surely be avoided. Also, late night eating icecreams or fruits should be avoided
