Asthma is chronic respiratory disorder that causes difficulty in breathing when the airways become inflamed and narrow. It is usually caused by allergies. The condition can be managed by medication but sometimes, severe asthma attacks can be fatal.

safalab 1 Post I am currently in the respiratory theraphy program and i am doing a technical research paper on asthma, what happens with the disease, how can it be managed, proper theraphy use. How to live with the disease and still maintain a normal life. My technical writting is for the person who is dealing with Asthma or family members with those diagnose with the disease. Any assistance is very helpful, attachments welcome. Thanks. Eunice (student)

Hi everybody,

Here is a tip for ASTHMA patients-

* Eat almonds in the early morning daily.

* Eat one teaspoon of honey in the early morning daily.
