After years of being anosmic and rarely ever being able to breathe through my nose I finally went to see a specialist. I was just sick and tired of eating rotten food that I could not smell and now I decided I needed to do something drastic about my problem suggest some solutions for the same.

I met with an auto accident about one year back and lost my sense of smell and taste. I also suffer from insomnia, stress and depression. How do I deal with this new way of life?
