When the taste wont go away?

Has this happened to anyone else?
If I eat something that doesn't taste good to me it will leave a bad sensation in my mouth that wont go away. Everything I put into my mouth after that tastes bad too.
It doesn't make me sick but truly affects my mood.
It will last all day - after a nights sleep I will wake up feeling "normal".
