Eye Care

Well I am having an infection on my left eye. I had gone through a check up for my eye in a clinic, yesterday. I think the reason is that I am working too much in front of computers. I think using computer is not good for the eyes.

How many hours do you spend in front of your computer?
Have you guys faced any problem? What is your experience with working late night on computers,
