I have been a cronic migrane sufferer. have tried to see wht triggered this nigrane i have had for 19 days now, looking for natural alternatives. I beleive that yoga can help. the same as meditation in one's life. it is the stress of life that conquers us at times. I also beleive we are what we eat. I found the information read very useful.
