No medicine equivalent to pranayam. Do it regularly and jog a little in the morning. Avoid lethargy. Expand chest with deep breathing often. Count 100 breaths while doing meditation. While inhaling produce sound like Kooooooooooo with nose. Message rigorously the whole body with mustard oil. Control your stress. Rao

Yog ,and meditation would help you from this. You need to make your internal body storng which can done by Yoga, pranayams, meditation, and breathing exercises...
Drinking warm water, avoid oily and fatty foods.
