i had sex with a prostitute first time with condom and then the condom breaks a little from top left , i chage it with new one and had sex complete

I was so scared about HIV and feel so tired ( at that time the city temp was 46 )

i got tested nagetive after 4 week but still upset and scared

after 6 weeks find that prostituteand get her test which is nagetive
But i m still feeling not good

feeling headache , pain in throught , burning toungue feeling (no fever, No rashes)
please tell me is it due to HIV
please help me
