How absurd to call any part of the penis "excess." The part removed in circumcision is the best part, with over half the sensual nerve endings.
I am utterly affronted that you would dignify a discussion of amputating normal healthy body parts that over 80% of the world enjoys. Intact men have no special health, hygiene, or social problems.
In the African nations of Cameroon, Lesotho, Ghana, Tanzania, Malawi, and Rwanda, circumcised men have a higher incidence of HIV than intact men. In non-cutting Japan, AIDS is more rare than in 95%-cut Israel. AIDS is about 3 times more common in the US (with about 80% of sexually active adults cut) than it is in Europe (where circumcision is rare). 450,000 American men who were cut at birth have died of AIDS.
The Kenya and Uganda studies you cite have not been published for peer review. Once they are debunked, I trust you will devote equal time to the message that circumcision does not prevent AIDS.

My parents 7 neonately circumcised sons never got HIV, they cut my frenulum delta nerves, resulting in E. D.,Two of my brothers committed suicide from sexual dysfunctions,My Dad,two of my other brothers developed delayed PTSD's from neonatal shocks, in the form of schizophrenias. One of my cousin's little circumcision infection grew into a deformity so he's trying to kill himself, and his brother started having post puberty delusions of his father raping him as an infant,(PTSD flash backs to his circumcision while his dad held him down so he could be cut)His theropist tried to convince him to press charges. Their are a whole lot of long term side effects that are disassociated.
