=1. 2005 there were 5 stages. 2006 4 stages.now you say 3 stages AIDS......May i say just 2, asymptom and symptom is enuf ?.[in 2 stage TB and PGL are there !]

3=.Why is pre-counseling mandatory, when an person comes just to know if his blood shows some wrong or not, do the test at once and tell him,simple. Post-test yes IS helpful, if he wishes.
4.Clinical assessment is enuf. No, wait for the CD4. Dont wait for the CD4. start Rx asap. no, wait till some synptom shows./// you see how we are led / dazed ?// Recently i had a case with CD4 1200 till death, but downhill sinking for 8 months, and the HAART Center refuses, goes by the set guidelines, and not by the clinical deterioration !!!
