Over the weekend, more than half a million Europeans signed the Avaaz petition against the EU Herbal ban. Of particular concern is the loss to Europeans of Indian herbal [Ayurveda] and Chinese herbal products. Many Europeans are very unhappy that Brussels is set to ban one of the world’s most established and most evolved and holistic systems of healthcare, notably Ayurveda.

People from India and around the world can sign this petition too. We need to be able to show the European Commission, the European Medicines Agency, EU governments, European Parliamentarians and others just how strongly people feel about this gross injustice.
