No one and no government has any legal right to enforce a law that is ultra-vires to the Australian Constitution. It is our own duty to protect our selves if we wish to. If we want to hurt ourselves it is our choice for this is our god given body and not one that is owned by the state. The non compliance to wearing a seat belt or bike helmet is one that can easily be won in the courts.
