Yes I drink a shot of aloe vera gel every morning which has helped my digestive problems (ibs) and reduced my heyfever symtoms, my daughter uses the aloe cleasing soap and aloe moisturising lotion for her eczema and it's practically gone since using it for a year reducing bit by bit every month :)
