Residency training in surgical specialities is falling short. The products namely the specialists lack adequate technical expertise. Hence the procedures performed by such surgeons is suboptimal causing harm to the patients. To hide their inadequacies these inadequately trained specialists resort to the weapon of aggressive false advertisements. Poor  patients fall prey to these ads.So a lot needs to be done to improvise the training system of surgeons in our country. Read More
