Definitely yes. Wake up in the morning. Take a cup of green tea instead of a milky ,thick and sugary tea or coffee. You have already saved on some calories. Oats for breakfast. Or you may try some medically acceptable protein concentrates. avoid a rich, tasty oily breakfast. Some calories avoided again. Have a veg sandwich made of whole wheat bread with no jam or cheese at about 11.00am.Lunch should be as light as possible. Maybe two chappatis with some vegetable. Sandwich again at 4.00pm.Dinner...
