thanks for the query.
pain killers alone won't cure the problem,
first the cause for heavy bleeding has to be find out,
with your doctor's advice let her get,
-physical examination and
-ultrasound
which will possibly find out the cause for her heavy bleeding,
then depending on the cause treatment has to be taken.
