You have not mentioned your age, it would have helped if you had done so. I will try to give suggestions for each of the complaints mentioned:
1. For piles diet regulation is what is required in the long run to control constipation, which is the main culprit for causing piles. Consume diet rich in fiber like bananas, green leafy vegetables etc. Ensure to drink plenty of water everyday. If the piles are very troublesome do not hesitate to use bowel softeners. The doctor may advice surgery if the symptoms are not reversed with medication alone.
2. Overweight could have been due to PCOD. You can try regulating your weight with regular exercise.
3.If the thyroid enlargement is causing hypothyroidism, than this can be regulated with thyroxin.
4.For the Duodinitis try taking regular meals at frequent intervals.
5.Elevated cholesterol can be controlled with exercise and diet low in fat. If the levels are not lowered with this than medication is available to lower the same.
Since you have multiple problems I would advice you to go for regular check ups so that all aspects are kept under control. Please do not neglect to take medicines and do not forget exercise and diet control.
If you feel you are not able to carry on your daily activities than you can take rest till you feel well enough to do so.
