Since you have taken treatment for a year by a specialist, it may be unlikely you have it this time. Sometimes, tuberculosis bacteria tend to be resistant to medications, which results in relapses. If you do not recover from the fever, you can get yourself rechecked not only for tuberculosis but for your general health.
