For your body to function effectively you need to have adequate sleep and timely balanced diet. For this I can offer you a few suggestions:
1. Ensure to eat on time regularly. You need to have enough energy to work.
2.Consume a balanced diet always and include plenty of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
3.Sleep should always be adequate in terms of quantity and quality for a person to function well. Never sacrifice sleep at the expense of work.
4.Exercise forms an important aspect of daily routine. So chart out an exercise routine and inculcate it in your daily activity.
