Please let me know if you have given up tobbacco.it has not been mentioned.if its giving up sleeping pills ,it should be done gradually with other therapies like yoga,meditation and listening to soft music while going to bed.But if you havent given up tobbaco then its important to give that up first.that could also interfere with sleeping patterns.please be clear in your question,as i can advise better.
