The best way to get rid of belly fat is to eat right and do regular abdominal exercises. Try cutting your total carbohydrate intake and increasing your proteins. Since your carb intake is more try to replace it with proteins such as egg, chicken/fish, veggies, fruits etc. Your carbs should come from whole wheat grains/ brown bread and legumes. Avoid white bread,rice,maida etc. Dont ever skip meals as it leads to slower metabolism. You need to space out your meals i.e eat 5-6 small meals which will prevent you from getting hungry and over-eating. eating small and frequent meals will also keep your metabolism up. Try to have lots and lots of water. Every day early morning have water with lemon juice. Avoid eating late dinners.There should be atleast 2 hrs gap between sleeping and dinner. Avoid fried food and sweets. Eat fruits and veggies in large quantities as they will keep you full for a longer time.
