Hi! Feeling tired all the time is a complaint described by patients. It is not a syndrome as such, but it has been researched and talked about, inconclusively.
Tatt requires an assessment first by a physician who can investigate and rule out simple common causes of fatigue. If no obvious cause can be found, then a visit to a Psychologist or Psychiatrist would help in identifying psychological causes if any.
If all else fails, seek a therapist/counsellor who can help yo overcome the impairment in your life by CBT.
