The best way to find an alternative is to take your old cream or its cover to the pharmacist and ask which alternative he has. What you have to check is whether the creams contain the same ingredients. For example, I think genotype contains gentamicin and betamethasone. You have to check if the new cream also contains the same in preferably the same concentration (the concentration is the number written next to the constituent). Please ask your pharmacist to explain this to you and confirm that both the creams are the same.
