If there has been no direct intercourse, there is no need to worry. Another thing is that you have already had your menses after that, which is another thing that rules out pregnancy. Also any sexual intercourse just prior to menses (as you said 2 days prior to menses) does not lead to pregnancy as the chance of pregnancy is there only if you have intercourse during ovulatory period (usually 14 days prior to your next menses). So, relax; just take care next time!
