Hi!
I am sorry to hear that you feel depressed and are in (perpetual) fear of death. This is impacting your sleep, food intake and your studies. I assume that you want to stop these feelings and this fear but are unable to do so on your own.
I would strongly suggest that you see a Psychiatrist at the earliest and get a full assessment. Depression often leads to such irrational and persistent fears. Depression is easily treatable.
