As you must be aware by now that losing weight is hard work. So monitor it meticulously.
1. Be aware of the caloric value of the different food stuff that you eat. Cut down gradually but regularly all the high calorie food and replace them with low calorie ones.
2. Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet, this not only provides the essential vitamins and minerals but is also very low in calories. It is quite filling too so it prevents consumptiom of other food stuff.
3. Exercise regularly. Make a concious effort to move more physically like taking the stairs instead of the lift etc.
4. A trainer in a health studio can help to exercise with weights so that it will help to build muscles and this way you can lose fat faster.
Finally remember that it is ultimately sheer persistence. So keep at it and best of luck.
