It would have been useful if you could have mentioned what sort of problems she is exhibiting/feeling as pre exam fright.
In general pre exam jitters are an unusual response to a predictable stressor.
If she realises that her anxiety is maladaptive, then try and encourage her to think not of worst case scenario but of the usual outcomes that she has had in the past during exams.
Talk to her of the good things she has done and is likely to do in her life irrespective of the exam result. If possible ask her to go for a walk outside the house with or without a family member. If within the house, prnayam with focus on breathing can take her mind of the exam for a while.
Avoid tea and coffee. Maintain sleep of 6-8 hours.
If all of this does not help, then you may wish to take her to a counsellor or psychologist.
