From the history you have given it appears that your mother is having the following problems:
1.Nephrolthiasis( stones in the kidneys)
2. By infection of the liver do you mean hepatitis B infection.
3.Urinary tract infection
4.Was an endoscopy done to show peptic ulcer disease?
For the kidney stone and urinary tract infection the doctors might have prescribed medicines and advised to drink plenty of water. If the stone is small then surgery is usually not advised.
For infection of the liver, we will only have to wait and watch. Acidity problem may benefit from frequent small meals and bland diet will help her. Ensure that she includes plenty of fruits and vegetables in her diet.
You can consult a good general physician first who may advice a few more tests to be done and advice you further based on the results. In the meantime please continue the medications prescribed for her.
I am not aware of the specialists residing in Hyderabad and regarding the health care policy you will have to consult your PRO. Sorry I am not able to help you in this regard.
