I am of 23 years old. I am 6ft height and weighs only 56 Kgs. Please tell me a solution so that I can put on some weight.

To start with why don’t you consider this as a gift rather than a curse. Just imagine you have the license to eat all that catches your fancy. Many of us are not that lucky. So make use of this gift and go on an eating spree and let us see who is going to stop you from gaining weight. Try to benefit from the few tips I am going to provide with:
1.First you need to calculate the number of calories you consume per day, than you need to increase the calorie
consumption by about 500 calories. For this you need to know the caloric value of the different food you take per day.
2.Sleep your way to a healthy weight gain, it the easiest
way to gain weight.
3.certain exercises are known to promote weight gain for which you can consult a health trainer at a health studio.
4.Since you have the license to eat try consuming high calorie food but this may not be a healthy habit in the long run.
5.Weigh yourself on a regular basis to know your weight gain and further increase your calorie consumption
So dont worry excessively about your weight, but keep working at it so that you will start seeing a gradual improvement. Just remember that many people will be most willing to trade places with you
