An overall life style adaptation is necessary to have a healthy heart. It is not possible to selectively adopt measures to improve blood circulation to the heart. For a healthy heart you will have to inculcate some good practices:
1. As you mentioned avoid all oily and deep fried food.
2. Substitute with plenty of fruits and vegetables, which have a lot of antioxidants which are good for the heart.
3.Exercise on a regular basis, I dont mean the type of exercise that about just makes you hungry, you will have to exercise in such a way it increases you heart beat, this will involve for e.g. brisk walking for about 45 mins.Aerobic exercises and weight lifting too are beneficial. But before you plan your exercise regime it is advisable to consult a doctor to see if there are any contraindications for exercising.Let exercise not be an occasional occurene but a regular habit as this opens up the heart blood vessels.
4.Other risk factors for heart attacks are diabetes and hypertension, so check it out to see if you carry these risk factors.
5. Further if your parents carry a risk of this disease you are more likely to inherit too.
