Hair loss can be due to a variety of problems I will try to outline a few of them.
1. Dandruff can be a common cause for hair loss. If this is your problem than try to take frequent hair washes with an anti-dandruff shampoo.
2. Protein deficiency can cause hair loss. So try to consume food rich in protein like dals, soya, sprouted grams, egg, meat, fish, milk and milk products.
3.Vitamin deficiency can cause hairloss. So include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet to supplement the same.
4.Avoid hair dyes and chemical treatment of the hair to prevent damage and hair loss. Use a gentle brush and massage your hair regularly.
5.Do exercise every day to improve oxygenation to the hair
