Hair loss can occur if there is a protein deficiency or if there is dandruff or due to stress.
To prevent hair fall I would suggest the following measures:
1.Consume a diet rich in proteins. Sprouted gram, dal, egg, meat, fish, and milk are rich in proteins.
2.Include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet to provide the essential vitamins and minerals.
3.Dandruff can cause hair fall. Take frequent hair washes to prevent dandruff
4.Do not use artificial dye and chemicals for the hair.
5.Use combs with smooth tooth to prevent hair fall.
6.You can try massaging your hair regularly before hair bath as this promotes circulation.
7.Try to adopt a regular exercise regime as this improves oxygen supply to the hair and further helps to destress you.
I am not aware of the effects of herbal treatment on hair fall, there are medicines to prevent hair fall, but you will have to use them under the supervision of a dermatologist.
