BUZ fibrotic Koch's is a technical term. All it means is that you have had tuberculosis in the past which has led to the upper part of your lungs to be 'injured'. You do not have active TB at the moment. I doubt if this can be 'removed' as it is a scar of a past illness. You may wish to discuss and lobby the gulf country which is unreasonably afraid of clearing such a person for working there.
