Hi,
In order to gain weight small but frequent meals should be taken. Atleast 6 small meals are advisable.
For an underweight person, High calorie diet is planned which helps in gaining weight slowly and gradually.
Besides diet, exercise is equally important. It helps in stimulating the appetite to improve the intake of calories.
