Hello,
In order to prevent any further tooth decay stop eating sweet and sugary items as it may result in to dental caries. Have calcium rich foods such as Milk, Milk products, sesame seeds, flax seeds etc. You should take care of your oral hygiene by brushing atleast twice a day with fluoride rich toothpaste.
