first find a comfortable quiet place to study.never study or think of studying when you are tired.our attenion span is only 45 minutes,so take a break and change your place of study.this will help you also to retain the material you have studied.
Diet also plays a vital role.take food rich in protein and iron.dates,nuts,milk,etc.
