Calcium rich foods are mainly milk and milk products like cheese, curd, and buttermilk. Ask her to take two glasses of milk per day. If she is a non-vegetarian she can take meat, eggs and fish to supplement her calcium. Vegetables like tomatoes and cauliflower are rich in calcium. So, let her normal diet include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables with about two glasses of milk. This beisdes providing her with her requirement of calcium has antioxidants which will be beneficial to her.
