you can add more of Turmeric as spice in the food you intake. boosting ones immunity Giloy (Tinospora cordifolia) also known AS GUDUCHI IS ALSO GOOD. Take its stem crush it and extract juice to be taken in 1 teaspoon ful dose twice daily for 1 month . And do revert to inform about thye changes you feel. Wish u pink Health.Take care
