Hi doctor,
I am 29 years old,I start masturbate at the age of 18.I feel no problem till 2007.But nowadays i feel very tired,body pain and more body heat after masturbate.Every week i take oil bath after masturbate otherwise i can't able to do anything.I don't know why that much of heat and tired.I want to know the exact reason please help and give me the solution.

sir, i have enlarge prostate problem from 6 years. my prstt.size.115g. psa.9.. and insignificant resedue of urinein the bllader. aftr. usg..my main problem is flow is not costant. and inthe night urge of urine 7 times. in total from 11pm. to 6am.i am taking medicine urimax.04..since..2 yrs. regularly...im dibetic 120fasting and 160 p.p... ihave also roblem in errction and early ejuction in course of sex..pl..advise..

2. Drugs which are not expired but expiry dates are near (Between 30 to 120 days) can be utilized by the manufacturer ? If yes then what are the enforcements prescribed by the Drug authority
