my question is the following:i hd dry humping with my bf more than once with clothes on (he had his boxers and jeans and i had my underwear and pants)..can semen go through clothes?what is the risk ? my peiod is late im rly worried ..last time i had on the 25 of november ..19 days afetr the 1st day of my period i had brown spotting for 2 days..what is that? usually my cycle is for 32 to 35 days ..now my period is late for 5 dayys or one week...im too worried...u should also know that i took supplements of vitamins (i took only 10 during this month and stopped suddenly) and during the last 2 monthes i lost 3 kilos (im 47kg) and these last days i wasnt eating rly good and wasnt sleeping ecause of anxiety..why is my period late ?

iam a diabetic patiant start before 4 month 54 years,take a medicine

How much lower is antihypertensive medicine supposed to bring down the blood pressure; if in my age bracket according to your chart my normal blood pressure should be averagely 134 systolic and 87 diastolic, should I expect the medicine to bring it down lower, and to how much lower?

Is being vegan healthy for those who run and work out? I eat diet tuna daily and sometimes i have fish and diet bread and protein noodles and sometimes fruits and diet milk every day and low fat yoghurt. is that healthy? or should i quit dieting or will that make me put on weight.
