request help for plab 2

hi,i have recently passed my plab 1 & wish to answer plab 2 in april-may 05.could u please help me in the following-
1-which books sholud i read,
2-which course i should take,
 (i am very confused about the first and second point as every course seems to have its own list of recommended books + its own study material & i have come across nearly 15+ courses for plab 2  on the net.)
3-any tips on passing plab 2,
4-study plan for plab 2,
5- how many months of preparation are requried for plab 2,
6-useful websites for plab 2 &
7-any other help would be welcome.
