It may be cheaper but do remember that medical school education requires good teachers and they should speak in English if you are from India. Also Medical Council of India's screening test has to be passed. It is not a straight passport to practice in India. The post-graduate entrance can also be an uphill task. Be careful before tasking decision to study in China or Ukraine.
