Men are not able to achieve the erection or retain the erection for the sufficient amount of time during the sexual intercourse due to the anxiety. Sometimes the daily life tensions make the man anxious and thus he cannot perform in the bed.

Anxiety is defined as the feeling of nervousness, apprehension, fear, or worry. Some of the anxiety disorders are panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress syndrome, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, and generalized anxiety disorder. I have ED for over a year now and I have been to my doctor to get checked and everything is fine but I still have it. I got this when I turned 40 and had no problems until now.I have started exercising and eating healthy food for the past couple of months. I used to drink and smoke cannibis. Also I am wondering whether part of it is due to anxiety as I do worry a lot about my problem.

Yes Anxiety can cause impotency issues in men. You are too nervous as well as too anxious about your hardons or the lack of one. You must do some things to relax. Let the woman do things to arouse you and also keep you aroused, then attempt sex. Hope this can help you.
