I've recently read your website about how you can cure gout with baking soda. I too have suffered gout for more than 20 years and yesterday started taking baking powder. Is baking powder the same as baking soda? I'm desperate and will try anything to get rid of my gout. I started yesterday when having an attack of gout (attack started about a week ago) I am also taking Piroxicam tablets. Today I feel better, but I don't know if its due to the Piroxicam tablets or the baking soda. How often should I take baking soda and where can I purchase it . Any help or information will be helpful.

Sorry you have gout. Baking powder is a mixture of baking soda and dry acids such as tartar (potassium acid tartrate). It's better to use pure baking soda. You should be able to buy baking soda in the grocery stores.
You can find info about the use of baking soda under "Emergency Gout Treatment" and paragraph 3.7 of http://www.ICuredMyGout.org . FYI, Among the 128 responses to my survey, 85% said the remedy is extremely useful, very useful, or useful. Take care.
