I'm a CGHS Pensioner's card holder, No. 6408 at Dispensary No. 2, Lucknow. My daughter's name has been deleted from my card by Addl Director, CGHS,Lucknow. I requested for issue of medicines for full term at a time. CGHS has provision for supply of medicines for six months at a time for beneficiaries visiting foreign country.My daughter is studying in France and gets scholarship.As she is in receipt of scholarship she has been denied medicines for six months and her name is also deleted as beneficiary. These actions are not justified as scholarship is not an income so she can not loose her dependency status. Competent authorities of CGHS are silent over my request to review this decision in spite of my several requests.I'm trying best for justified conclusion of this issue and I do believe that justice will prevail.
