heart

I suffer from severe depression. I have not taken any treatment. Am slightly on the higher side of the weighing scale. Heart disease seems to run in my family. My mom died of a heart attack at the age of 40. What are the odds of me having a heart attack?

Nope! As far as I know, severe depression cannot give you a heart attack. Well if it did so, I would have had about ten heart attacks by now. What I have learnt is when severely depressed you can suffer from panic attacks and those make you FEEL like you are having a heart attack. I would suggest you seek professional consultation before things get even worse. Why don’t you check out any second opinion site? There’s no harm in doing so. I do it all the time and it has worked for me so far.
