Ectopic Pregnancy

The word "ectopic" means "out of place". An ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy where the fetus, instead of growing in the uterine cavity, occurs in a number of unusual locations, such as the fallopian tubes.

Progestone

Did anyone else have low progesterone levels when they had an ectopic pregnancy? Mine were very low, but my doctor isn't concerned because, as she sayd, I was able to get pregnant so progesterone was not the issue. But, everything I've read says progesterone helps sustain pregnancies. I'm concerned as to why she's saying this and wondering if I need to find a new doctor.
