Bottom Line on Building Bigger Muscles
1. Train heavy and train hard, but not so much that you overtrain.
2. Eat enough protein and calories.
3. Track your progress and always push yourself to improve on your previous workouts.
4. Make recovery as much as a priority as training.
5. Be patient.
