ELDEST DIABETIC AWARD
sunilshroff 1 Post Dear All, Patients usually are in OPD or in WARDS but hardly EVER there is an AWARD to them inspite of the maximum suffering they undergo while getting control or cure over their diseases. Pooja Positive Health Project at Baroda carried out a survey and found that the ELDEST DIABETIC in Baroda IS 93 YEARS OLD!! If YOU know someone ELDER than 93 years and with long standing Diabetes that is controlled now,DO INFORM because we would want to AWARD this patient for the excellent control INSPITE OF EXTREME ABNORMALITY! The AWARDS are given annually. Excellant info. request Endocrine society of India to institute an award for eldest diabetic in the country. Is age and longevity not inversely related to t how well one has taken care of themselves and not let the ds run them down. For this alone they deseve an award.
