Rubies are collectors of energy and then they take all they collect and magnify it! They can be intense as they seek to purify and release trapped energy. So initially you might have blockages at the throat and 3rd eye. Maybe you have words you want to say but havent, you might have been thinking about speaking up and have held back, but its whirling around in your head. They might not even be new words but words from when you were little - so the Ruby sets about collecting it and trying to free it for you. As you feel the energy moving it creates tension and a headache. There are many possible reasons for the symptoms the ruby is just highlighting for you something that needs to be let go of. Try wearing it for 15mins each day and see if you become aware of the thoughts or feelings, even images that come up and if you can se what it is trying to release for you.
